1995 Student Conference and Symposium


The first SC-COSMIC Student Conference on Computational Science was held on October 20-22, 1995 at University of Houston-Downtown. The goals of the conference were to promote computational science education and research and encourage interchange among SC-COSMIC member institutions. A special Symposium on Interval Computations was part of this conference. Approximately 50 students and 16 faculty members attended.
