The histogram for ser-117, shown in the top panel, did not show any definitive peaks. However, looking at the configuration space from the first two right singular vectors, 3 clusters can be seen. Ser-117 structures from the center of each cluster closely match the 3 conformations found in the "hand-crafted" refinement.
